NexTeam is being proven with Aquatrace as Client Zero. The work is focused on reliability, real workflow evidence, and closing the gap between software that exists and workflows an owner can actually use.
This is an active proving stage, not a broad public launch. When NexTeam is ready for wider use, this page will say so plainly.
Meet Chris Sears
Chris Sears didn’t start NexTeam because he wanted to build another software company.
He started it because he was running a field-service business and was tired of the same information living in different places, the same details being typed more than once, and software that never quite worked the way the work actually happened.
Before Aquatrace, Chris spent years in construction, low-voltage and life-safety systems, and enterprise networking. He learned most of it the same way he learned field service: by doing the work, solving the problems in front of him, and figuring out the systems the job required.
Running Aquatrace eventually made one problem impossible to ignore: the software was supposed to make the business easier to run, but too often the owner was still holding everything together.
NexTeam started as the system Chris wanted to use himself.
